*Stop the intake of redmeat and meat containing fat.
*Visit the gym every now and then.
*High intake of coffee and fruits.
*Always remain happy and stay out of violence.
*Avoid having sex with your partner for that period.
*Drastic reduction in the intake of eatables containing sugar considering the amount of calories present in the body at that time.
Coco also said she will soon be dropping a music single to make fans happier and more entertained than they already are .She is also particular of the fact that music is panacea for mind problems and that musicians are the greatest doctors to have ever lived.
Coco also shunned a fan who has being blow it viral on socialmedia that her current body shape is as a result of the surgery conducted on her by a Spanish doctor.She also added that so many of her fans have being taking shots at her personality but despite that she still loves them and that her actions are geared towards making them entertained and not to enrich her pocket like some of her colleagues do.
