ROTIMI AMAECHi refuses to drop hand over note

The legislature of rivers state over the refusal of the former governor of rivers state Rotimi amaechi to drop an hand over note to Nyesome Wike the incumbent governor have opted a legal injunction compelling the ex governor to drop the handover letter.
