"I am sorry to say the ministers may not be named in the next two months.I have come under shocking criticism over the delay in appointing my ministers nintytwo days after my landslide victory in the presidential election.To be very candid about the whole cabinet saga I am just trying to build on the Rotten foundation my antecedents of have left,its not going to be easy but allah my strenght.you cannot even begin to imagine how bad the situation on ground is, almost everything is in comatos and good success in the long run cannot be achieved if we don't have a solid ground.Also it would be quite impossible to appoint ministers to portfolios,without first knowing which portfolios exist and which will be abolished,there by clamping down on the number of portfolios we have so we stop running into unecessary debts" -president of the federal republic nigeria really as great plans for this country#
