Today Baroness PJ Scotland of Asthal was announced as the new Secretary-General of the Common Wealth and earlier promised to put in her best possible to ensure that all goals and objectives are actualized.
This was at a meeting in Malta comprising of the Heads Of Government in the Common Wealth.
