Ex-first lady of the federal republic of nigeria Dame patience jonathan yesterday told vanguard press that she will be honoured if granted the oppurtunity to steer the affairs of women in nigeria considering the way and manner they are being marginalised in our modern day were less importance is attached to what a woman says or what she can do.
Moreover she is known for her feminist nature and her courage evident in countless instances during president jonathan's administration. Evident in her actions she is the first of the previous occupant's of her position to hold a seminar for nigerian widows who could barely earn a good living as she made available to them facilities for the establishment of businesses of their own choice and food items enough to cater for theIr respective families.
